Council 4972 is once again taking care of your 4th of July dinner plans.

We are happy to once again offer whole smoked pork butts for order. These are bone-in and average 8-12 lbs precooked. We are keeping the price at $45 for each butt. They will also come with a bottle of our famous mustard bbq sauce.

A few changes this year…

First, by popular demand, we have brought back the options to purchase smoked chickens. This is a whole smoked chicken for $15

Also, when you place your order on the website, you will be prompted to prepay via credit card.

All orders must be paid for in advance and be picked up on Wednesday, July 3rd between 5-7 PM at the KofC 4972 Bishop Richard Pius Miles Hall.

Please NOTE: Any orders not picked up by 7 PM on Wednesday, July 3 will be donated to a local food bank.
